We chose New Spaces to renovate the upstairs area of our Curtin home as we believed Tim understood that we wanted more than new for old replacement, and we could not be happier with the resulting premium finish. We engaged Tim from New Spaces to transform our pokey kitchen, living and dining rooms into one open-plan living space. We wanted to spend more quality time as a family in an open plan area, while increasing the value of our property. Our new space really is a dream come true for us, and without Tim it would not have been possible.

He organised and managed trades and completed all construction work, from the most basic timber detail to complex ceiling construction. I have worked closely with Tim at New Spaces on a range of extension and renovation projects over the past 4 years. In this time, I have found that the design-build package offered by New Spaces provides a streamlined process to developing plans from design and budget briefs through to initial concepts and quoting of those designs. Ultimately this results in better, more efficient outcomes for my clients.
As a designer, it can be tricky to know if the design concepts I present to clients are likely to meet their budget.
