TIM ROSS - builder
Tim brings a wealth of experience and a passion for craftsmanship to every project. With a background in residential carpentry and a keen eye for detail, Tim oversees every aspect of our operations, ensuring that each home we build meets the highest standards of quality.
Tim is the proud business owner of New Spaces. As a licensed builder, he personally manages each project from initial consult, through to hand-over.
Beginning with a carpentry apprenticeship, and now with 19 years experience in the building industry, Tim’s expertise lies in high-end
and custom-built residential projects, including extensions and renovations.
Tim is known personally, and within the industry, for his honest and friendly approach, and his enthusiasm and pride in his work. Tim
always has his client’s best interests in mind, and is able to employ his natural ability to problem solve, and his attention to detail to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Tim holds a Class C builders licence in the ACT, as well as a Diploma in Building and Construction, and a Certificate III in Carpentry
LEIGH ROSS - Business manager
Leigh facilitates contract management and client services throughout the pre-construction, and construction processes. Whether it's working with your design team and suppliers to ensure the best selections for your home, or tracking the numbers to keep your project on budget, Leigh will be working hard to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
